10 Frame Hive Top Feeder

Feeders come pre-assembled with floats.  

Do your hives have enough stores to overwinter?  Not enough stores is one of the main reasons why a hive will not last the winter.  We recommend that each one of your hives has a hive top feeder for heavy fall feeding.  Our hive top feeders will feed up to 1-1/2 gallons of 2:1 or 1:1 sugar syrup, which will take a good sized colony about 2-3 days to store.  Its recommended that you feed your bees heavily only in the fall.  Jar entrance feeders are not recommended for winter feeding of full sized colonies.  They do not contain enough syrup and set off robbing.  Our feeders come pre-assembled with floats.  Corners are sealed with a FDA approved clear caulking.
